In Pakistan largest city Karachi. 03 police officers have been suspended & a case has been registered against them after the alleged killing of Amir Hussain  by the police.

Provincial Information Minister Mr. Sharjeel Inam Memon told a press conference on Wednesday that Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of the incident & the policemen have-been arrested.

The case of the incident has been registered in Sharia-e-Faisal police station of Karachi on the complaint of Karima. the mother of the deceased Amir.

How did the incident happen ?

According to a copy of the FIR available to the News Agancy the victim Amir Hussain mother was informed by her daughter at 5.30 pm on Tuesday that Aamir had-been shot and injured & was taken to Jinnah Hospital. went & when they reached Jinnah Hospital. They found that their son had died.

According to the FIR. Hamidullah the person accompanying Aamir.   Also told them that when they took the U turn near Ilha Deen Park to come to Nauman Avenue in Block 20 of Gulistan-e-Johar. three policemen on 2 motorcycles stopped them. Amir probably did not see them when he pointed.

Hamidullah then told Aamir that the policemen were stopping but Aamir Hussain did not stop and started going towards Nouman Avenue & said that I am in a hurry to get water & medicine from my brother. House for my father. so Aamir took the motorcycle. He drove towards Naman Ave.

According to the report: the police officers gave chase and followed Amir into Nouman Avenue & came near the elevator & opened fire on Amir.

In this regard CCTV footages have also emerged in which a young man can be seen lying on the stairs near the elevator who remains conscious for a while but collapses on the stairs after a while.

The plaintiff has named police constables Nasir Akbar Shehryar Khan & Faisal in the case.
